Question 1

What areas in Bali do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Home massage is available in selected Bali areas, including Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud, Sanur, Kuta, Legian, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Klungkung, Sidemen, Candidasa, Padangbai, Manggis, Amlapura, Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan. Share your location and date on WhatsApp; availability depends on the area and therapist schedule.

Question 2

Do you offer home massage in Bali?

Accepted Answer

Yes — NEFES offers villa, hotel, and in-room massage in selected Bali areas. In Bahasa Indonesia, guests often search for this as pijat panggilan Bali. Your BNSP-certified therapist brings the portable table, clean linens, professional oils, and setup; message us on WhatsApp to confirm availability for your area and date.

Question 3

Can you come to our villa for a group massage?

Accepted Answer

Yes — couples and small villa groups can request home massage at their villa, hotel, or residence. Send us your guest count, location, preferred treatments, date, and time so we can confirm how many therapists are available. Home-service prices include therapist travel and equipment setup, so there is no separate transportation fee.

Question 4

Do you have a spa location I can visit?

Accepted Answer

Yes! NEFES has a physical spa located in Klungkung, Bali — featuring 4 private treatment rooms and 4 foot reflexology chairs. You can visit us or book a home massage to your villa or hotel. Message us on WhatsApp to check room availability and walk-in times.

Question 5

How do I make a booking?

Accepted Answer

You can easily book via WhatsApp in under 60 seconds. Just tell us your preferred service, date, time, and location — we'll confirm your therapist within 5 minutes.

Question 6

Can I book a massage for today?

Accepted Answer

Yes — same-day bookings are available when requested at least 1 hour ahead, subject to therapist availability and travel time. Send us your location, preferred treatment, and ideal time on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the earliest available slot.

Question 7

What are your opening hours?

Accepted Answer

We're available every day from 10 AM until 10 PM — both for in-spa treatments and home massage service. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm your booking within 5 minutes.

Question 8

How quickly can a therapist arrive?

Accepted Answer

Arrival time depends on your location and traffic across Bali — typically 30 to 60 minutes. Central areas are usually quickest. Peak hours (7–10pm) may add 10–15 minutes. We'll always give you an honest ETA when you book.

Question 9

What are your prices?

Accepted Answer

At our Klungkung spa, Full Body or Balinese Massage starts at IDR 150,000 for 60 minutes. Home service starts at IDR 200,000 for 60 minutes. Deep Tissue and Hot Stone start from IDR 200,000 at the spa, Foot Reflexology from IDR 100,000, and Couples Massage from IDR 300,000 at the spa or IDR 400,000 at home. The current team confirms the final service and price before your session.

Question 10

Are your therapists certified?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every therapist graduates from LPK Bali MARS Academy — an officially accredited Balinese spa school — and holds a government-issued BNSP license. NEFES operates under PT. Sabrina Pramitha and is registered with Disnaker Bali. Before each session, we send you the therapist's name, photo, ID and LPK Bali MARS certificate.

Question 11

Do you bring massage equipment and oils?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our therapists bring everything — portable massage table, premium therapeutic oils, clean linens, towels, and ambient music setup. You just need to relax.

Question 12

What is the best massage for jet lag in Bali?

Accepted Answer

For jet lag and post-flight fatigue, Balinese Massage or Full Body Massage is usually the best starting point. Rhythmic pressure, gentle stretching, and aromatic oils help you unwind after a long journey. Choose Deep Tissue if you have specific shoulder, back, or hip tension from sitting; choose Aromatherapy if your priority is a calmer, more sensory relaxation session. Your therapist can adjust pressure to your comfort.

Question 13

Is deep tissue massage relaxing?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but Deep Tissue is focused and firm rather than gentle. It is designed for stubborn knots, post-sport soreness, and muscle tension from long periods of sitting or travel. If you want a softer full-body relaxation massage, choose Balinese, Full Body, or Aromatherapy Massage instead.

Question 14

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash, card, QRIS, and bank transfer. QRIS works with all banks and e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, Dana, ShopeePay, BCA, Mandiri). All payments are made after your session — never upfront.

Question 15

Do you offer couples or group bookings?

Accepted Answer

Yes — two therapists perform synchronized treatments side by side at your villa. Couples Massage starts from IDR 300,000 at our spa or IDR 400,000 for home service (60 min). Perfect for honeymoons, anniversaries, or group villa guests. Home-service prices include therapist travel and equipment setup, so there is no separate transportation fee.

Question 16

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Please let us know at least 1 hour before your appointment. We'll gladly reschedule or cancel free of charge.
